41st International Trade Show of Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery and the Coffee World

Sigep, now in its 41st edition, is the undisputed leading international trade fair in the sectors of ice cream, pastry, bakery and coffee. It is an event dedicated exclusively to professional operators from all over the world.

The Eurovo Group will present a rich programme of events lined up dedicated to fine pastry at the highest level at Sigep 2020. Many famous guests will perform live at our stand: the Eurovo Service workshop will alternate Pastry Chef Ernst Knam and Master Chefs Luca Montersino, Luigi Biasetto, Denis Dianin, Giuseppe Gagliardi, Carlo Beltrami (the winner of Bake Off Italy 2017) and Giorgio Derme (the winner of the Contest Conpait Lazio 2019).
